We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day to ensure that our customers receive their order as quickly as possible. There are 2 delivery options available for UK orders:
Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - £4 (Delivery time: 3 days)
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For - £6.99 (Delivery time:1-2 days)
• Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
• Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
You decide, we can either send the box directly to your recipient or to you. If you would like us to write your gift card please remember to add a gift note when placing an order.
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and another email when your order has been dispatched. For any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
In order to ensure that you receive your order safely we use Royal Mail Signed for service therefore somebody will need to be present at the address to take delivery of the order.
If delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and nobody is able to take the delivery, a card will be left and the package will be returned to the sorting office to await redelivery instructions or collection.
If the package is not redirected or collected within the allotted time the package will eventually be returned to our warehouse. In this case a missed-delivery fee of £4 may be charged.

All our pre-curated gifts will come in our signature Little Brown Box – a perfect keepsake to store cherished baby mementos. The contents of each gift box will be wrapped in our branded tissue paper and filled with shredded paper to keep items safe in transit.
As most of our products tend to be bought as gifts, we do not include paper invoices in the boxes. All invoices will be sent electronically via email for your record. We do include a greeting postcard with all of our pre-curated gift boxes or alternatively you can purchase one through the curate your own section of our website. When ordering either a pre-curated gift box or a greeting postcard, make sure to add a gift note when placing your order. All messages are hand written on the greeting note card and included in the gift box. Don't forget to write who it is from...
If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be verbally reported to us before 3.00pm the next working day following delivery, and also by email within 3 days.
Please contact a member of our customer services team via our contact us page and they will instruct you on how to return the items to us and issue a Returns Authorisation Code. Failure to do this will delay your return being processed. You are also required to complete a Returns Form and return this with your order.
If you have had a change of heart and no longer want your Little Brown Box, you must return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a refund.
Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc. Please note that if any seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened then the product is not in its original condition.
